Logistics Manager - Servicing the Hospitality Industry | $70K-$85K | High Point, NC
Are you a logistics leader with a passion for precision, people, and performance? We are seeking a
Logistics Manager
to drive operational excellence across transportation, warehousing, and distribution functions.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn supply chain complexity into streamlined success. What You'll Do Set short- and long-term logistics goals aligned with strategic business objectives.
Manage end-to-end logistics operations including outbound shipments, warehousing, and transportation of finished goods.
Negotiate contracts and rates with freight companies, 3PLs, and transportation vendors.
Ensure timely delivery of inventory to meet customer expectations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Project Managers, and other departments.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
Document and implement logistics best practices and SOPs.
Provide updates on customer supply chain projects and ensure timely execution.
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of logistics management experience, ideally in the
hospitality industry .
Proven success managing logistics within a
manufacturing environment .
Familiarity with U.S. and international shipping and customs compliance.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and
QuickBooks .
A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
