Furniture Repair Technician:
Specialize in restoring the beauty and integrity of wood furniture, cabinetry, and other wood surfaces. Lifting, up to 50lbs. comfortable with material handling. If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply Now!
Responsibilities for Furniture Repair Technician, jobs include but are not limited to:
Repair scratches, dents, water marks, burns, and other surface damage
Re-glue, rebuild, or replace structural furniture components as needed
Color match stains, paints, and finishes for seamless repairs
Maintain tools, supplies, and work area in clean working order
Accurately document repair work and customer interactions
Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Furniture Repair Technician:
Furniture Repair Technician Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
· Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and different types of fabrics and upholstery methods
· Understanding various future materials including wood, fabric, leather, and finishes to choose the appropriate repair or assembly method
· Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for assembly and repair projects.
· Skill in matching colors and applying finishes to blend seamlessly with existing furniture
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly if needed.
