Your Responsibilities As the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will oversee daily operations of one restaurant (10-45 employees), ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and driving desired outcomes such as increased sales, profitability, and employee retention. You will lead the restaurant management team, managing financial controls, operations, employee development, guest service, and compliance with BKC standards across all shifts. You should be prepared to work flexible hours, including long and irregular shifts as necessary for optimal restaurant operation. This role is supervised by a District Manager (DM) and will manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers directly. Your position involves engaging with restaurant staff, restaurant management, DM’s, customers, the field operations team, and external vendors. Qualifications & Experience A High School Diploma or GED is required; 2 years of college is preferred. You must complete all internal certification programs. 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management is essential. You should have a strong grasp of P&L management and interpretation to drive profitability. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are necessary to manage time effectively to meet objectives. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
