Position Summary The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for managing enterprise infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting internal teams across the organization. This role involves administration of Microsoft and Azure environments, collaboration with stakeholders, and contribution to audits and documentation efforts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server 2022 (patching, backups, builds, etc.)
Manage Azure environments (VMs, Entra, SSO, Logic Apps, etc.)
Microsoft Office 365 administration.
Draft documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Support internal and external audits related to policy rules and change management.
Collaborate with business units and vendors to support Azure‑hosted applications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required
10 years of demonstrated experience in systems administration in enterprise environments.
5‑7 years of experience managing virtual environments and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Certifications such as MCSE, AZ‑900, etc. are preferred.
Technical Skills
Windows Server 2022, Active Directory/Entra, DNS, SCCM, DFS
Azure, Entra, Office 365, PowerShell, GitHub repositories, Terraform
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Proven ability to collaborate with vendors and business units to support cloud‑hosted applications.
Ability to stay current with technology trends and banking regulations.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
