Court Case Manager (District and Superior Court Criminal Files)
This position will process District and Superior Court criminal files from open to close. Responsibilities include accepting charging documents, issuing summons and/or arrest warrants, calendaring cases for arraignment, coordinating prisoner transport, and entering information into the case management system. Additionally, you will respond to inquiries in writing, in person, or by phone from court personnel, attorneys, other agencies, and the general public regarding policies, procedures, and rules on all criminal matters. You will also run designated reports, receipting monies for bail, fines, court cost, and restitution, and serve as back‑up in‑court clerk as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate AND one year of office clerical experience.
Substitution options: (a) Additional office clerical work experience may substitute for the high school diploma or GED on a month‑for‑month basis. (b) Completion of 36 semester‑credit or 48 quarter‑credit hours of coursework from an accredited college will substitute for the year of required office clerical experience. (c) Completion of an appropriate vocational training course such as legal secretary, paralegal, or office skills will substitute for the required office clerical experience on a month‑for‑month basis.

Work Hours Full‑time employees work 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one‑hour lunch break.
