In this role, you’ll directly impact our ability to deliver best‑in‑class procurement practices and support Walmart’s strategic goals. What you’ll do

Own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of the Global Procurement L&D program Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted training content and digital learning experiences Partner with internal and external experts to curate best‑in‑class resources Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Champion change management and user engagement for new tools and processes What you’ll bring

Experience in program management, ideally in procurement, governance, compliance, or L&D Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management Proven success designing and delivering global learning programs Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Proficiency in project management and learning management systems The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock options. Minimum Qualifications

2 years’ experience leading cross‑functional teams. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area. Preferred Qualifications

Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process. Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field such as project management, compliance, operations management, or related area. Project Management Certification. Primary Location
