Base pay range: $68,000 - $120,500 per year. Position Focus

Under the direction of the Associate Director, the Clinical Operations Manager will manage, oversee, and coordinate specific and ongoing department clinical operations initiatives. The Operations Manager will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance business processes, including conducting analyses and providing insights on workflow optimization and operational improvements. The manager will oversee clinical operations staff, collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders, and ensure alignment of people, processes, and technology to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives. Principal Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and department stakeholders to influence clinical operations process improvements. Manage clinical operations, including expansion of the Pain program and integration of physicians and CRNAs to the clinical network. Manage locum provider agreements, including contract management, invoicing, payments, and scheduling. Develop business cases to support project prioritization and resource allocation. Act as liaison between operational teams, IT, and administration, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and technology. Develop process workflow models, standard operating procedures, and business requirements for clinic operations. Support leadership with project management, including planning, conducting, and documenting regular meetings. Supervise operations team support staff and manage staff performance, evaluation, and workforce planning. Overview

Ensures that faculty, students, and staff receive high‑quality administrative support compliant with university policies and procedures. Manages financial and administrative services to advance the unit's mission, including budgeting, operational challenge assessment, solution implementation, and liaison with service providers. Required Skills and Abilities

Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Minimum 8–10+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, and strategic project management. Demonstrated experience in executive‑level project leadership, business transformation, and enterprise‑wide initiatives. Certification in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM) highly desirable. Preferred Skills and Abilities

Experience with formal business process improvement, project management, and business methodology knowledge. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency with MS Excel. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to prepare and present reports on complex clinical operations data. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines. Job Location
