Pay Range
Base Pay: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr
Starting base salary: $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings: $55K – $75K through base salary and generous commission.
Top performers: earn up to $85K+ in their second year and beyond.
Description Our Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, match the appropriate coverage, products, and benefits, and convert leads into policyholders.

Job Details
Remote work environment; paid training at Day 1.
All representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid licensing training is included.
Training duration: 16 weeks (licensed) or 18 weeks (unlicensed).
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Work schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided; maintain a dedicated desk with 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload internet (no satellite or mobile services).

2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work required.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
