Job Opportunity Join BrightView Landscapes as a Sales Arborist (Tree Care Services Business Developer) where you will drive growth in tree care services across regional territories.

Responsibilities

Manage the tree care services pipeline from prospecting to closing.

Collaborate with internal partners (operations, finance, marketing) to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

Sell and estimate Tree Care Services work in regional territories.

Conduct sales prospecting using consultative techniques, create presentations and negotiate contracts.

Develop tree care programs and estimates for existing clients with Landscape Maintenance Account Managers.

Increase penetration of new tree care services accounts in assigned verticals.

Track activities in Salesforce and achieve sales goals independently.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Certification in tree care (TCIA or Certified Arborist) preferred.

Commercial contract sales experience desirable.

Extensive B2B selling experience at mid to senior level.

Experience managing multiple projects and territories.

Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Proven track record of sales goal attainment.

Highly competitive, positive, results‑driven and excellent communication skills.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
