Job Title Center Store Manager – Lucky – 939 Lakeville Highway, Petaluma, CA 94952
Responsibilities
Ensure customer needs are met and exceeded through effective day‑to‑day management of the Center Store department.
Oversee product and conditions to optimize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction, including back‑room and steel/shelving inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
Provide leadership and direction to associates, promoting a culture that reflects Lucky’s mission statement and winning behaviors.
Train and develop associates to enable their success and career advancement.
Manage department performance and productivity to optimize store performance.
Qualifications
Two‑year college degree or equivalent formal education, specialized training, or job experience.
Completion of Assistant Center Store Manager rotation, or two years of equivalent management experience, or experience as Bakery, Meat, or Produce Department Manager.
Must be available to work a variety of required retail hours and be forklift certified.
Physical ability to stand frequently and lift up to 40 lbs without assistance.
Compensation & Benefits Hiring pay range: $25.36 – $36.48 per hour. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, 401K, tuition reimbursement, vacation and holidays, and in‑store purchase discounts.
