Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small businesses to mid‑sized organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial lines accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000+ annually (depending on experience).
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including small businesses and mid-sized accounts.
Handle new business quotes, renewals, and some marketing for renewals.
Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications / Requirements
Proven experience managing small to mid‑sized commercial lines accounts.
Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
Familiarity with agency management software (Epic experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
