Our client, a world‑class manufacturer, seeks a
Process Quality Engineer
who’s equal parts data geek, problem solver, and communication pro. You’ll serve as the key bridge between customers, production, and leadership, ensuring products not only meet standards, but
set
them.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the go‑to liaison between
Quality
and
Manufacturing , ensuring customer specs are met (and exceeded).
Tackle customer complaints with 8D precision – hunting root causes like a detective with a torque wrench.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using
ISO/IATF ,
SPC , and common sense.
Support
engineering
and
sales
teams on new product launches and application challenges.
Roll up sleeves for layer process audits, quality system updates, and occasional emergency issues.
Travel occasionally to visit customers and suppliers.
What You Bring
A
Bachelor’s degree
in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
At least
5 years of experience
in manufacturing.
Hands‑on experience with
ISO/IATF standards , statistical methods, and quality core tools (SPC, FMEA, TQM, etc.).
Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
Bonus: Kaizen, DOE, fastener manufacturing experience.
