Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue Management Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

This is not a typical reporting role—it’s hands‑on, immediate, and strategic. You’ll combine financial discipline with marketing insight to drive results, balance risk and reward, and act quickly in a dynamic, traveler-focused business.

Responsibilities

Partner with Revenue and Brand teams to evaluate pricing, offers, and volume strategies against live booking trends.

Deliver analysis that drives immediate action on promotions and close‑in pricing.

Debate and influence senior leaders using confident, data‑backed recommendations.

Translate financial insights into marketing strategies that engage and convert travelers.

Collaborate across Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align goals and optimize revenue.

Support planning, forecasting, and ad‑hoc analysis with a focus on agility and results.

Qualifications

3–8 years of finance or FP&A experience, ideally within revenue-driven or operational environments.

Strong analytical and influencing skills; thrives in fast‑paced settings.

Advanced Excel required; Tableau experience a plus.

Confident communicator with resilience and curiosity.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Total Rewards The base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $125,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and first‑class benefits, which include:
