Overview:
As a key player in driving pre‑sale and post‑sale initiatives for our comprehensive suite of evidence management solutions, you will manage the full implementation lifecycle of complex technical solutions, ensuring customers realize their full potential and operational efficiency.
Your Impact Location:
Remote from the United States (up to 75% travel).
Reports to:
Manager, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities
Pre‑Sale Support: Engage corporate leaders and technology decision‑makers for consulting, testing, and deployment needs assessments.
Post‑Sale Implementation: Plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations, ensuring seamless integration of Axon’s hardware and software.
Project Management: Oversee large or complex deployments, define scope, meet timelines, and manage stakeholder communications.
Customer Interaction: Work closely with C‑Suite, IT, and Security leadership to ensure successful adoption.
Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training plans and maintain detailed training documentation.
Customer Feedback: Document and communicate customer feature requests to internal stakeholders.
Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management teams.
Tool Proficiency: Use Smartsheets and similar tools for scheduling, resource tracking, and reporting.
What You Bring
BS/BA or equivalent.
Extensive project‑management experience, including coordination and resource tracking.
Experience implementing or leading a body‑worn camera program.
Understanding of software and hardware implementation, especially in SaaS environments.
Proficiency with Smartsheets or similar project‑management tools.
In‑depth knowledge of evidence‑management systems is preferred.
Experience working with corporate, retail, and security organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Willingness to travel throughout North America, with potential international travel.

The Pay: Starting base pay ranges between USD 75,525 and USD 120,840, depending on location, experience, and other factors. Total compensation includes base pay, bonus, and stock awards.
