ITSM Tools Developer
As our ITSM Tools Developer Engineer, you will help optimize and maintain our service management platform and its numerous modules. This platform is used by roughly 15,000 AAA employees. It includes functions for HR, provisioning, incident and request management, hardware and software discovery, asset management, IT Alerting and several others. Your role helps every other role here work more efficiently and effectively by streamlining and automating processes within these modules.
What You’ll Do
No two days are the same. We support many functions, and many people come to us with unique or first-time requests.
We are an Agile organization. You will help with various requests as they come in for different issues on our proprietary helix platform and its modules. This could be fixing a problem, performing maintenance, updating certificates or building a new integration.
You will use various tools such as BMC Helix for incident and request management, Flexera for software discovery and audits, Everbridge for critical communications, Saviynt for identity management, B2B ticketing systems to align our printer-related requests with HP, as well as some proprietary tools.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you must have experience with most of the tools listed: BMC Helix, BMC Discovery, Saviynt, Flexera, Everbridge. You must be able to use these tools to fix, maintain or integrate solutions for our internal clients across every department and level of this organization.
You have worked previously with these tools, or related platforms like ServiceNow, on an enterprise-level service management team: developing automations, integrations, doing software licensing audits, and other tasks at a volume you’d expect from a company with 10-20k employees.
You have successfully developed and/or administrated an enterprise level CMDB environment, including discovery, service mapping, CI management and asset inventory.
You have an attitude of flexibility and can quickly and decisively prioritize tasks to work on those that are critical first. We frequently must adjust, pivot, or stop a task completely to handle a new, more urgent matter. You should be able to do that with no problem.
You have worked previously with an Agile team or understand these concepts. You understand scrum and have worked with queues or ticketing systems previously.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$106,900.00 - $142,200.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.

401(K) saving plan with company match AND Pension
Tuition assistance
