Job Title:
Operations Program Manager
(On-site | 12-month contract)
About the Role We are seeking an Operations Program Manager to join its Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Operations team. This role supports global manufacturing programs by driving scheduling, budgeting, and execution of equipment‑related initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze production line demands, track equipment spend, and visualize data to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to support CapEx readiness
Track and analyze spend, savings, and risks against budgets
Develop and improve processes for CapEx efficiency
Ensure equipment tracking from demand verification to delivery
Coordinate with vendors for setup, installation, and maintenance
Support milestone‑based budget releases
Create dashboards using Tableau and perform statistical analysis
Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations
Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
Experience with large datasets and statistical analysis
Understanding of financial principles (not a finance role)
Excellent communication and project management skills
BS/BA required; MBA preferred
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
