Phaxis
Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Timely and precise preparation and processing of customer invoices.
Recording and reconciling payments, checks, and deposits.
Monitoring overdue accounts and conducting professional follow-up.
Promptly addressing billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Maintaining organized financial records per company policies.
Utilizing accounting software for data accuracy and efficiency.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email courteously.
Collaborating with the accounting team for month‑end closing and reports.
Providing departmental support as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
1‑3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Detail‑oriented, able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication skills and a customer service approach.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
