About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to spearhead financial strategy and performance management. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership team to influence the business's future. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, leading the FP&A function in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling with a focus on accuracy and strategic alignment. Responsibilities also include leading financial due diligence for acquisitions and new opportunities, as well as building and mentoring a high-performing FP&A team. The role demands a leader who can seamlessly transition between long-term planning and detailed analysis, and who is adept at driving continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.

Applicants for the Vice President of FP&A position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing senior leadership, building high-performing teams, and driving profitability and growth initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems. The role requires an independent, adaptable individual with experience in leading organizations through growth and transformation. While not mandatory, an MBA, CPA, or CFA credential is strongly preferred, as is experience in the healthcare or DME industries, particularly with knowledge of healthcare payor models and logistics.
