Production Packaging Clerk (2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm- 3:00 am; Friday overtime as needed)

This position is under the direction of the Production Control Manager and is responsible for data entry, transactional movements of finished goods within the various inventory systems, and restocking production shelves as needed. What you will do:

Obtain and process work order data into Microsoft SL and WMS in a timely manner Completing inventory "Partial Posting" transactions for finished good trailers and transfer to external facilities Strong communication with team members to ensure partial posting accuracy Completing data entry for various Production reports pertaining to, but not limited to, product yields, scrap and waste, line downtime, and finished goods Record keeping of Production/Processing documentation; ensuring documentation is completely filled out, accurate, and filed appropriately Maintaining inventory levels of PPE in vending machine Maintaining inventory for Consumables Modify same-day work orders per schedule changes as needed Create and print pallet (LP) labels as needed What you need:

Minimum of a High School Education 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred Excellent VERBAL and written communication skills Professionalism, problem-solving, strong attention to detail Working effectively in a team environment, positive attitude, reliable Computer proficiency, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc. Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP and other quality programs is preferred Ability to work independently with high-quality and productivity Willing to work flexible hours and frequent overtime, including weekends Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, diagrams, schematics, equipment instructions, requirements and business correspondence. Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work in an environment exposed to milk, egg, mustard, peanuts, fish, sulfites, sesame, soy, tree nuts, and wheat allergens Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
