We need a Maintenance Technician who is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to achieve the sites' business goals and objectives. What You Will Do:

Along with a team of other technicians be responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely. Utilize computer system for work orders You will utilize various mechanical test equipment (e.g. calipers, etc.) You will understand or use predictive maintenance technology (e.g. ultrasound, thermography, etc.) You will utilize mechanical trade skills to complete daily tasks You will perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines You will perform equipment repairs; equipment rebuilds; and equipment installation You will conduct root cause analyses to eliminate sources of failure in equipment You will actively participate in continuous improvement activities You will work to establish and maintain equipment at basic conditions through application of CI processes and tools You will work and communicate with others to ensure efficient and effective operations What You Need:

High School Education or GED Industrial Technical courses in Industrial Technology preferred Previous electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, minimum 1 year 1-4+ years' work experience in the food manufacturing industry, industrial electrical and mechanical repairs and technical support for industrial equipment and ancillary equipment. Strong team player - good communication (written and verbal), with the ability to train others
