Our client is a growing real estate company based in Sacramento, CA, focused on property management, development, and investment. The Accounting team is committed to accuracy, collaboration, and professionalism. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity to support their Accounts Payable Specialists and Supervisor. Position Summary:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will support the Accounts Payable team with day-to-day tasks including invoice processing, document management, and vendor communications. This is a temp-to-hire role, offering the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities:

Scan and upload invoices into the ERP system Accurately enter invoice data into ERP software Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments Maintain organized vendor records and payment documentation Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred 6 months of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Upon Hire:
