We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, retail, and restaurant projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on taking ownership—managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring every project is delivered with quality and precision. What You’ll Do: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from estimating and procurement to final turnover. Act as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and field operations. Manage subcontractors, contracts, and change orders to keep projects running efficiently. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, specifications, and quality expectations. Maintain detailed project documentation and provide consistent progress updates. Support client satisfaction and repeat business through clear communication and professionalism. What You Bring: Experience as a Project Manager

in commercial or retail construction. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
