Director, Product Portfolio Marketing Director, Product Portfolio Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for Mastercard Commerce Media. Reports to the Vice President of Product Portfolio Marketing, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement. This role defines, executes, and manages the marketing approach for Commerce Media. Collaborates with product management, sales, and regional marketing to ensure value propositions resonate with target audiences and drive business growth. Requires strong understanding of product lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and market trends, plus experience developing tailored marketing strategies for diverse customer segments. Key Responsibilities

Drive product portfolio strategy alignment in collaboration with product teams and broader integrated B2B marketing to achieve business goals. Manage the portfolio’s marketing strategy throughout the product lifecycle, including launches, growth, and maturity phases. Work with product management to align marketing objectives and support integrated B2B marketing strategies across channels. Develop compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate the portfolio; conduct regular competitive analysis and customer research to refine positioning. Support product launches and campaigns; define the GTM playbook and translate features into customer-focused messaging for specific buyer personas. Leverage market research, customer insights, sales insights, and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio strategies and identify growth opportunities. Track and report the performance of product marketing initiatives using data and analytics; continuously assess and improve results. Qualifications

Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in ad-tech, martech, or digital media, in both high-growth and large, matrixed enterprises. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and market trends. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and regional marketing. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
