This Position reports to: Local Division Manager Hybrid work model; position resides in Milwaukee, WI, Houston, TX or Greenville, SC. Your role and responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities: Lead the Induction Motors business in the United States and Canada within the Motion High Power Division. Represent the High-Speed Synchronous and Low-Speed Synchronous Business Lines in the Region. Implement the Business Line’s regional strategy to drive profitable growth and deliver superior customer experience. Create and lead a go-to-market strategy that optimizes the business line portfolio and market opportunities. Accountable for the Region’s operations and end-to-end value chain, collaborating with all supply factories. Lead customer and market support, product management, and product development projects. Build a forward-looking product roadmap and develop an organization with high engagement and growth mentality. Drive performance management with transparent objectives and expected results. Drive Integrity, HSE, quality, continuous improvement, and execution of the Local Business Line’s goals in alignment with the strategic plan. Execute global projects and activities in line with global plans and ensure compliance with ABB standards, rules, and processes. Ensure Regional Business Line is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed while driving end-to-end regional profit and loss. Qualifications

Qualifications for the role: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business discipline. 10+ years of leadership experience in Industrial Electrification and/or Electrical Equipment Manufacturing and Large Project Execution. Direct experience with Large Motors. Understanding of relevant markets, customers, technology, and competition. Proven leadership track record of leading major organizations with P&L responsibility. Customer-oriented & strategic mindset with a passion to drive business results. A good communicator, collaborator, and people developer. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Must already possess a working authorization to work for ABB in the United States. Up to 50% domestic and international travel required. Must have valid Driver’s License and Passport. Preferred Qualifications
