Retail Customer Service Associate

The Retail Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our stores. In this position, you'll work at multiple locations, including Store #3059 at 2464 S Oneida St, Green Bay, WI 54304. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with both wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs, answering product questions, and providing tailored recommendations. You'll also be responsible for addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction. To be successful, it's essential to stay updated on product features and maintain the store's quality and visual standards. Key Duties: Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance overall satisfaction. Assist customers over the phone and in person by identifying their needs and suggesting suitable products. Foster strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty. Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies. Strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and product formulations. Prepare products for customers by tinting and mixing as necessary. Stock and organize shelves while setting up engaging product displays. Perform equipment cleaning and store upkeep tasks. Assist with deliveries as needed, including loading and unloading delivery trucks. Ensure assigned areas are presentable and fully stocked at all times. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and available options. Adhere to strict inventory control measures. Contribute ideas to improve sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Spanish, are advantageous.
