The Denver Nuggets Director reports to the Executive Producer of Stadium Studios, and this position oversees the creative and technical planning of all Denver Nuggets home games for the arena. Champion creative vision developed by Executive Producer and Nuggets Marketing. This position will manage freelance staff, provide constructive feedback for in-arena productions, supervise the control room staff, and train/develop freelance personnel. Responsibilities include researching new technologies, communicating with broadcast engineers, maintaining relationships with Altitude Producers and Nuggets Game Presentation, improving productivity and efficiency, and collaborating with all KSE stakeholders. Duties may include directing Colorado Rapids, Colorado Mammoth, and other events as needed. Examples of work performed

Directs all Denver Nuggets home games for the in-arena show. Possess a well-rounded knowledge of facility equipment and broadcast knowledge. Test videos and elements with Technical Director to ensure readiness prior to game/event. Liaison with outside clients when necessary (e.g., NCAA, US Soccer) and other specialized projects. Game night crew shift supervisor; ensure crew presence and timeliness. Collaborate with Marketing, Game Presentation, and Partnership Marketing on new videos and activations. Ensure compliance with standards set by the Executive Producer, Marketing, and NBA. Assist EP with crewing, invoicing, and other control room managerial work. Provide creative driving force in the Broadcast Control Room; assist with production design and control room equipment. Manage or assist with production-related duties as assigned. Typical Office, Entertainment Venue & Control Room Conditions. Qualifications

Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of experience, education & certification. 5+ years of experience in a broadcast or similar technical environment (audio, video, and other media), or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hiring. Preferred Broadcast production experience in Sports & Entertainment. Experience with Ross Xpression. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite & Office 365. Experience leading a team and coordinating across departments. Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of NBA and basketball; proficiency in video production. Knowledge of Ross Xpression operation; knowledge of video codecs in broadcasting. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; resourceful and collaborative. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Organized, motivated, and team-oriented. Compensation and Benefits
