$115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Lead ground-up construction projects ranging from $30M to $200M+ within the Life Sciences Division. No prior life sciences experience is required—just a strong foundation in large-scale commercial construction and a willingness to grow in this specialized sector. A long-standing commercial general contractor with over 60 years of experience, specializing in both new construction and interiors. With a strong presence in the DC Metro area, they serve diverse markets including healthcare, life sciences, education, hospitality, and more. Known for their collaborative culture, employee investment, and award-winning projects, they are currently 160 employees strong with projected 2025 revenue of $280M. Description The Project Manager will oversee ground-up construction projects within the Life Sciences Division, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. While life sciences experience is a plus, it is not required—what matters most is a strong background in managing large commercial projects and an openness to learning the nuances of this sector.
