Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr This role is the Member Assistant – Cart Attendant. You help shape the member’s shopping experience by providing a positive first and last impression, keeping the parking lot and carts ready, assisting members with purchases, and helping load items into vehicles. You are on your feet and on the go in all weather to support a great member experience. Responsibilities
Assist members with purchases and loading items into vehicles when needed Ensure a well-kept parking lot and that carts are available and ready Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and promoting the company’s products and services Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist with transporting items and organizing merchandise Process member purchases and assist with payments according to company policies Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility, report unsafe conditions, and follow safety procedures Respond to member issues and concerns, and help resolve them in line with policies Qualifications
