Ensures club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable (out of stock); offers members alternative product options when needed; ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and concerns; and promotes the company’s products and services. Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps; follows procedures for handling merchandise; and reports unsafe situations to facility management. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assists with purchasing decisions; processes member purchases; assists with payments according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types; utilizes cash registers to assist with transactions; locates and organizes merchandise; zones designated areas; resolves member issues and concerns; promotes the company’s products and services; organizes and maintains availability of carts/flatbeds; assists with transporting items; utilizes cart retrieval equipment; and maintains parking lot cleanliness. Conforms with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by applying related action plans and Open Door Policy in business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; identifies opportunities for improvement; and adapts to change and feedback.
