Support the Customer Tax Operations practice with the preparation and delivery of tax information reporting (1099/1042-S/8804), FATCA/CRS reporting, tax withholding certificate validation (Forms W-8/W-9) and related withholding/reconciliation activities for engagements with banks, wealth and asset management firms, and insurance companies. Collaborate with team members to provide a quality work product and drive service delivery to meet deadlines. Participate in day-to-day client engagements and maintain clear communications with stakeholders. Utilize tax software and basic applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and client collaboration tools to support accuracy and timeliness of tax reporting. Assist with reconciliation of customer demographic data, transaction data and tax information returns to ensure complete and timely filings; identify and resolve discrepancies. Engage in internal and external communications to obtain client authorizations and instructions as needed for timely, accurate production of tax information reporting. Support billing and collections for tax compliance and related services. Qualifications

Bachelor degree (Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent preferred). 1–2 years of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to learn new software applications. Working knowledge of 1099/1042-S reporting systems and tax compliance/information reporting rules. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team; capable of handling a variety of projects with varying complexity. Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to follow standardized processes and seek guidance as needed. Prioritization skills to ensure timely production of client deliverables. Willingness to travel periodically (5%–10%). Ideal Qualifications

Experience in a professional services environment. Proven experience with information reporting and withholding tax laws pertinent to US federal and state returns. Experience with tax withholding validation and withholding certificates. Experience with FATCA/CRS reporting templates. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt work style to collaborate with internal and client teams. Proficiency in trust tax software. What We Look For
