This merchandising & stocking associate role involves delivering member-focused service, maintaining stock integrity, and ensuring shelves are neat and inviting. The job may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. It can be physically demanding and is fast-paced, with a focus on helping members find what they need. What you’ll do
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and guiding decisions related to self-service technology and purchasing. Locate merchandise, resolve member issues, and promote company products and services. Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas, stocking, organizing displays, signing and pricing, identifying shrink, and securing fragile or high-shrink items. Monitor product quality through rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent displays of promotional and seasonal items. Comply with company policies and ethical standards, and apply Open Door Policy in daily processes. Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, communicating progress, and adapting to feedback. Assist with club pick-up orders by picking and staging products according to policy. Contribute to a clean, member-ready store environment and a positive team atmosphere. Qualifications
