Summary HR Manager assists with the day‑to‑day operations of the human resources functions and duties while under the supervision of the HRBP and GM. The role covers HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration, record keeping, and recruitment. The HR Manager acts as a consultant and problem‑solver to continuously shape the environment to move the business forward.

Primary Responsibilities

Undertake payment and breakdown of insurance invoices.

Responsible for compliance measures including I‑9 forms maintenance, participation in the Verify program, OSHA, COBRA, etc.

Maintain HRIS: time off, data changes.

Assist in special projects: handbook updates, trainings, internal HR process & form updates.

Conduct annual reporting: audits, vacation leave balances.

Create hiring packet and organize new‑employee orientation.

Assist with exit interviews.

Participate in disciplinary actions/termination of employees.

Maintain employee files and HR filing system.

Assist with day‑to‑day efficient operation of the HR office.

Complete and submit all accident reports in a timely manner.

Maintain employee information in payroll system; review online timesheets and process weekly payroll.

Process weekly payroll for all employees; handle all related responsibilities including time‑off accruals, benefit contributions.

Facilitate safety training programs for all employees.

Evaluate and deliver monthly HR metrics in relation to established goals.

Utilize all available data sources to make fact‑based decisions to solve complex problems.

Perform employee relations investigations, complaint response, and recommend decisions/best course of action, documenting all matters.

Plan and lead fun programs and events to enhance employee motivation.

Work closely with HRBP and department heads to improve work relationships, build morale, and enhance retention.

Required to maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Position Specifications and Requirements

Must have related experience; manufacturing industry preferred.

Spanish bilingual is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to maintain good working relationships.

Strong organizational and time‑management discipline.

Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Ability to multi‑task and operate effectively in stressful situations.

Process oriented but flexible and adaptable to organizational needs.

Familiarity with payroll software.

Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Use of electronic device is a prerequisite.

Highly energetic and self‑starter.
