Retail What you’ll do
Asset Protection: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices and guidelines, environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Responsibilities include supporting facility security staff and monitoring access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, and emergency evacuations plans. Responsibilities include addressing health and safety hazards, conducting safety audits, creating audit reports, and interfacing on workers’ compensation issues as needed. Partnership & Collaboration: Owns delivery of project activity, supports process updates, solves simple business issues, and demonstrates knowledge of the supported business unit/organization. Data & Digital Literacy: Gathers and interprets data in a digital environment, analyzes reports, ensures data quality, and suggests automation opportunities. EHS Training Delivery: Supports training programs, solicits feedback, utilizes training lifecycles, and maintains repositories of best practices for instructors and facilitators. Influential Communication: Organizes thoughts, communicates credibly, presents to teams, uses data to provide recommendations, actively listens, and builds professional networks. Process Improvement: Supports implementation of process improvement strategies, identifies process gaps, participates in investigations and root cause analysis, and leads incident investigations under supervision. Environmental Protection: Understands environmental regulations and supports the organization in meeting targets and promoting environmental initiatives. Operational Excellence: Explains departmental functions, clarifies roles, reads SOP/OBW information, and identifies tasks and activities in operations functions. Compliance & Ethics: Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; supports the Open Door Policy and related practices. Benefits
