What you’ll do
Asset Protection: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices and guidelines, environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Includes responsibilities such as monitoring and maintaining access control equipment and supporting facility security staff.
Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, and emergency evacuation plans. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits and creating audit reports; addressing health and safety issues within scope; maintaining emergency contact directories; and coordinating with workers compensation processes.
Partnership & Collaboration: Understands stakeholder identification, engagement techniques, and management tools. Responsibilities include delivering project activity, supporting process updates, solving simple business issues, and demonstrating knowledge of the supported business unit.
Data and Digital Literacy: Knowledge of data collection, digital applications and systems, data governance. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, creating reports, leveraging technology for transactional activities, ensuring data quality, and identifying automation opportunities.
EHS Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies and lifecycle. Responsibilities include supporting training programs, soliciting participant feedback, maintaining training repositories, and explaining processes to contractors.
Influential Communication: Knowledge of verbal/nonverbal communication and relationship-building. Responsibilities include organizing and presenting information, influencing teams and partners, using data to support recommendations, actively listening, and building a professional network.
Process Improvement: Supports implementation of process improvements, identifies gaps, contributes to investigations and root-cause analysis, and participates in incident investigations under supervision.
Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies and regulations. Responsibilities include compliance awareness, directing inquiries to appropriate contacts, and promoting environmental initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Understands SOPs and OBW concepts, explains operational functions, locates policy information, and identifies tasks across operations functions.
