Overview
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr. The actual pay is based on skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Position Summary: Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders or helping members while stocking shelves. What you’ll do
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company’s products and services.
Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures; conducts safety sweeps; follows forklift spotting procedures; handles hazardous materials; reports unsafe situations to management.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area; stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise; setting up and cleaning product displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
Monitors product quality by ensuring rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
Complies with policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and Open Door Policy in executing business processes.
Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing and meeting deadlines; communicating progress; and adapting to change and feedback.
Additional duties include assisting with club pick up orders and staging according to policy and procedures.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
