What you’ll do Be a Team Member:
Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and being flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
Be an Expert:
Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation, maintenance and sanitization; prepares meat products according to standards; cuts boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards.
Be a Techie:
Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner:
Commits to operational excellence; maintains work area per company policies; ensures quality and date control; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member’s experience and modeling high-quality service and products; executes basics at the highest level; shows energy, commitment and passion for the work.
Complies with company policies and standards of ethics by implementing related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in business processes and practices. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
