Head Golf Professional – Reports to Director of Golf

The Club at Quail Ridge is seeking a Full-Time LPGA / PGA Head Golf Professional to assist the Director of Golf with all aspects of the golf operation including the golf shop, the golf staff, golf instruction and tournament operations. This position will also work in collaboration with the other Head Golf Professional to ensure a foundation of leadership. She/he will work closely with the golf staff to provide the highest standards of excellence for member and guest enjoyment. The candidate should be a service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Golf with all aspects of the golf operation, including staff management

Be an ambassador of Quail Ridge, and promote the game of golf

Provide direction and guidance to the Ladies Golf Association

Tournament Operations (Golf Genius)

Teaching & Playing with the Membership

Manage POS & Tee Time System (JONAS / ForeTees)
