Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Multiple Myeloma - Northwest Join Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine – a field‑based position in the United States, serving the Northwest territory (MN, SD, NE, KS, CO, WA, OR). Preference is for a location with easy access to a national airport and a major metropolitan market.

About the Role As a field‑based Senior Thought Leader Liaison, you will lead the Northwest Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy, contribute to the overall KOL strategy, and expand engagement capabilities across our Multiple Myeloma portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy and faculty development.

Serve as a key member of the J&J Hematology team by providing local market insights and feedback to craft future strategies for the DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, TALVEY and CARVYKTI with sales leaders, key business partners, and medical teams.

Build trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs, and other key partners to achieve brand priorities.

Maintain pulse on regional multiple myeloma trends and coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross‑functional partners.

Partner with the analytics team to better understand regional variations in treatment patterns and advise peer‑to‑peer and insight program placement.

Supervise the regional marketing budget and provide continuous feedback on business planning.

Assist in crafting future innovative educational platforms, including national and regional recommendations.

Lead the overall Multiple Myeloma strategy, including mapping, framework development and engagement planning for current and future launches, including marketing operations for KOL strategy and planning.

Partner with Commercial Excellence to develop tools to inform placement of insight generation and third‑party placement.

Manage other oncology TLLs to increase capabilities and impact key initiatives while maintaining ACCME/HCC/PhRMA guideline compliance.

Requirements

BA/BS Degree in a related field; MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD or other related graduate degree preferred.

Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management or sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.

Deep understanding and experience working cross‑functionally with various key internal and external partners with a strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with desired outcomes.

Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of competition and improve patient outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage relevant and lasting customer relationships with strong focus on patient impact and outstanding customer centricity.

Travel up to 65 % including internal meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings, congresses and other program attendance.

A valid driver’s license issued in the United States is required.

Preferred

Previous cross‑functional industry experience in pharma or biotech engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations.

Deep medical/scientific knowledge or experience with a firm understanding of the oncology marketplace.

Experience leading through change and transformation, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Compensation Base pay range: $137,000 – $235,750.
