Headquartered in France, Opella is the proud maker of many of the world’s most loved brands, including Allegra, Buscopan, Doliprane, Dulcolax, Enterogermina, Essentiale and Mucosolvan.**B Corp certified in multiple markets**, we are active players in the journey towards healthier people and planet.Find out more about our mission to bring health in your hands at **About the job:**### ### To lead the deployment of Lean methodologies and performance improvement strategies across the site, driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement aligned with pharmaceutical quality and compliance standards.### ### **Key Responsibilities:****Lean Strategy & Execution*** Develop and implement site-wide Lean transformation plans.* Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and 5S initiatives.* Standardize processes and eliminate waste across production and support functions.**Performance Management*** Define and track KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.* Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.* Lead cross-functional performance reviews and action planning.**Capability Building*** Train and coach employees at all levels in Lean tools and problem-solving techniques.* Build internal capability for sustaining Lean practices and continuous improvement.* Promote a culture of accountability and proactive performance management.**Cross-functional Collaboration*** Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR teams.* Align Lean and performance initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.* Support digitalization and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency.**Compliance & Quality*** Ensure all Lean activities comply with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.* Support audit readiness and documentation of improvement initiatives.### About You:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.* Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean/Operational Excellence within a pharmaceutical, FMCH / FMCG or regulated manufacturing environment.* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.* Strong leadership, facilitation, and change management skills.* Excellent analytical and communication abilities.### ### ### **Preferred Skills:*** Experience with Agile Operating Systems (AOS) or similar frameworks.* Familiarity with digital performance dashboards and analytics tools.* Knowledge of organizational change management and employee engagement strategies.At Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
