Position Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you will perform avionics system integration testing, support flight testing for F-16 and FA-50 aircraft, and develop test plans and procedures for laboratory and flight testing, including tasks such as test planning, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Perform avionics system integration testing.
Support flight testing for F-16 and FA-50 aircraft.
Develop test plans and procedures for laboratory and flight testing.
Conduct test planning, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering or an equivalent STEM degree.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite applications.
Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and/or engineering drawings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills
Excellent technical and communication skills (verbal & written).
Desire/ability to work in a laboratory environment.
Proficient in data analysis, problem identification/isolation, and troubleshooting.
Industry related intern experience is preferred.
US Air Force avionics and aircraft experience.
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
Work Information
Location: Facility that requires special access.
Work Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Remote Work: Onsite Full-time.
Shift: First.
