Summary The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier candidates for high-impact field roles within the Government Contracting (GovCon) space. This role requires a strategic recruiter with deep experience in sourcing cleared and non-cleared professionals for federal programs. Healthcare recruitment experience is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to hiring managers, driving full‑cycle recruitment while ensuring alignment with compliance, mission‑critical timelines, and organizational goals.

Duties and Functions

Lead recruitment for high-level field roles across federal contracts, including cleared positions.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and other platforms.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and program timelines.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future GovCon opportunities.

Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and contract‑specific hiring regulations.

Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through onboarding.

Collaborate with HR, Credentialing, and Program Managers to ensure seamless hiring processes.

Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

8+ years of experience in talent acquisition required.

4+ years of recruiting experience in the GovCon space.

Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in federal programs (DoD, DHS, VA, etc.).

Familiarity with security clearance levels and federal hiring protocols.

Preferred Requirements

Experience recruiting healthcare professionals for government contracts.

Prior experience with Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar systems.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA) Knowledge Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset. High proficiency in ATS, job boards, and digital sourcing tools.

Skill Communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability Work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
