Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic Human Resources team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll collaborate with department leaders to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and ensure smooth onboarding. Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, field, and operational positions. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview strategies, and recruitment plans. Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams through the selection process. Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the application process and onboarding. Track recruiting metrics and report on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activity. Collaborate with HR on onboarding, offer letters, and background checks. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Partner Role: Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or high-volume setting. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Proven ability to manage multiple openings across departments and locations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail. Preferred: Experience recruiting in healthcare, construction, real estate, or other service-driven industries.
