Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location:

Compensation:
$68,000 – $72,000 annually

Job Description:
The HR Business Partner will play a strategic and hands‑on role within the HR department, supporting leaders and employees across multiple locations. This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring compliance, and fostering an engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive operational improvements.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Generate HR reports and metrics to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across multiple departments.
Lead or assist with HR projects related to system upgrades, employee engagement, and policy development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Standard work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional after‑hours support).
Hybrid work schedule: approximately two office days per week, with periodic visits to local clinics.
Reports to HR Manager and collaborates closely with another HR Business Partner.
Annual merit‑based performance reviews tied to KPIs.
