Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Our client, a regional law firm in Rockville, MD, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join their commercial real estate practice. The successful candidate will have transactional and commercial real estate experience at a reputable law firm.

Responsibilities

Draft leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, letters of intent, deeds, etc. in connection with commercial real estate transactions

Conduct closings and complete post-closing documentation and administration

Provide assistance to senior level attorneys, senior paralegals, and staff members

Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Maryland Bar license required, VA and/or DC Bar license a plus

4+ years' experience as a commercial/transactional real estate attorney

Detail oriented and willing to learn about new transactions
