Base pay range $190,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
A well-established New Jersey law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its expanding real estate practice. The position is ideal for a candidate with 4–6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions within a law firm environment.
Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in:
Commercial real estate acquisitions and closings
Construction contracts and related documentation
Leasing transactions
Real estate financing and lending matters
Admission to the New Jersey bar is required; admission to the New York bar is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary range of approximately $190,000 to $210,000, with final compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The firm provides a comprehensive benefits package that may include discretionary bonuses, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, an Employee Assistance Program, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
