What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a product and data learning strategy aligned with business outcomes
Manage end-to-end training projects, including planning, design, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product knowledge and enablement materials
Coach sales managers to effectively train their teams on new products and skills
Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires understand the company's products and sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product training, or learning and development
Strong understanding of learning strategy, adult learning principles, and instructional design
Proven ability to simplify complex product concepts into engaging learning content
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience delivering both live and digital learning programs
Knowledge of sales processes and go-to-market motions
