Host Home Program Coordinator
Location:
Eastern side of Iowa – Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Dubuque.

Our Services for People with Disabilities wrap care around individuals across the state, from providing occasional respite care or weekly services, to 24/7 support in either a shared apartment environment or one‑on‑one care through our hourly supported community living (SCL) program. Responsibilities
Oversee implementation of best practices by providing guidance to independent contractors and ensuring compliance with signed contracts.
Recruit, refer, and match independent contractors with clients.
Foster an environment that supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams, and personal outcomes.
Manage multiple host homes and ensure quality services are delivered.
Be available during scheduled times to support and maintain a safe and secure environment; may be part of an on‑call rotation.
Participate in marketing the program to potential providers and referral sources in their service area to optimize growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health, human services, education, or related field.
Minimum three years of human services experience (disabilities or mental health preferred).
At least two years of supervisory experience.
Program development and Host Home experience preferred but not required.
