Position Purpose
The Corporate Human Resources Specialist performs a wide range of professional-level HR duties and supports various functional areas including employee relations, training, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, policy implementation, community engagement, and compliance with employment laws. This role ensures the effective execution of HR processes and contributes to a positive employee experience. Essential Functions
Performs routine data entry, generate reports, and conduct audits to maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance. Support core HR processes such as onboarding, hiring, terminations, and employee transitions. Assist in the implementation and administration of benefits, compensation, and performance management programs. Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and manage recruitment for entry-level to professional roles. Develops and implements personnel policies and procedures. Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws. Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and support employees in navigating benefit systems. Act as an employee relations specialist, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Maintain and organize employee personnel files. Manage vendor relationships supporting recruitment efforts. Draft and publish job postings across various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and social media. Coordinate staffing agency contracts in partnership with Corporate Procurement and Legal departments. Facilitate relocation processes for new hires, transfers, and interns across U.S. locations. Process invoices related to recruitment and third‑party vendor services. Coordinate offboarding processes for assigned locations. Maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and recruitment agencies. Compile and submit the annual EEOC Component 1 report. Generate weekly and monthly headcount reports for HR leadership and Corporate Safety. Regular onsite presence required. Qualifications

Three to five years of HR Generalist experience Advanced written and verbal communication skills Critical evaluation skills HR expertise Relationship management skills Preferred
Oracle and Dayforce experience Education
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field Supervisory Responsibilities / Direct Reports
