Partner directly with the CEO to manage calendars, priorities, projects, and follow-ups Contribute ideas, anticipate needs, and help improve structure and efficiency in a dynamic setting Coordinate meetings, calls, and correspondence, preparing agendas and drafting professional follow-ups Assist with travel logistics, vendor coordination, and occasional personal support Collaborate with operations leadership to streamline internal systems and maintain data accuracy Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data, lists, and spreadsheets to track recruiting and business development activity Competitive compensation package ($90,000 - $100,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $5,000 - $25,000, and excellent benefits) Requirements
4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Operations role Exceptional organization, multitasking, and communication skills High comfort level with technology, spreadsheets, and process tracking Experience in financial services or recruiting environments is a plus
