Role Description This is a full-time work from home role for a Community Association Manager. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of managed communities, coordinating with board members, vendors, and residents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Other responsibilities include preparing budgets, facilitating meetings, handling property inspections, and addressing community concerns and requests promptly to maintain high‑quality standards of management and service.
Qualifications
Experience in Community Association Management, including overseeing property operations and managing vendors
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract negotiation
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with applicable community association or property management laws and regulations
Proficiency with technology and management software tools
Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) or equivalent certification is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline is a plus
